NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Director of the Kern County Planning and Natural Resources Department, who has been designated the Hearing Officer, will, on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in the Con ference Room, Kern County Planning and Natural Resources Department, 2700 “M” Street, Suite 100, Bakersfield, CA, consider the following: 1. A Precise Development Plan to allow the construction of a 150-foot cellular communications tower (Section 19.36.020.G) within a 2,500-square-foot lease area on 32.62-acre parcel in an M-1 PD FPS (Light Industrial - Precise Development Combining - Floodplain Secondary Combining) Dis trict; South of Webb Avenue and east of Clark Street in the Lake Isabella area (APN: 263-060-11); Environmental Review: Categorically Exempt 15303(c); The Towers, LLC by Complete Wireless Consulting, Inc.
