CHARLIE - THE BELGAIN DRAFT WHO TOUCHED HEARTS

Charlie, the beautiful Belgian draft horse who was seen so much
around Kernville pulling his wagon, passed away Friday, November 7th.
He was a local icon. For many people, he was the first horse they
met – this gentle giant would gently bring head down and would
let them into his world. He was a truly gentle soul and his
demeanor with children was awe inspiring.
He loved his treats but loved being people so much more. He
knew the days when he would work and would stand proudly
putting on his harness to come give joy to our Frandy guests and
to the town of Kernville. He participated in Christmas events,
weddings, birthday parties, and so much more.
He has left hole bigger than him in our hearts, He will be truly
missed.
