Tawni Cargile Lewis

Lake Isabella — Tawni went to be with the Lord on the morn-
ing of September 20, 2026. She will be remembered for the joy
she brought to the people around her. Tawni loved being with oth-
ers, and her infectious laugh and quick humor could make anyone
smile. She was also the best cook, sharing her love through the
meals and food she made.

Tawni is survived by her parents, Larry and Ada Evans; her children, Tasha Thompson, Chad Preston, and Jordan Brewer; her siblings, Skip Cargile, Julie Gordon, and Larry Lee Evans; and her grandchildren, Madison
Mahon, Preslie Mahon, Ryane Thompson, Tristin Preston, and
Bella Preston. She joins her beloved children, Shanelle Brewer and Jacob Brewer, in heaven.

Services will be held at New Life Church on Stine Road on
October 3, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Tawni will be deeply missed.
Her family and friends will carry her laughter, her warmth, and the
memories they made with her in their hearts.
