Dana Castillo, 90, was born on 24 December 1934 and died on 17 July 2025 in Chesapeake, Va.. She moved there in April 2024 with her husband of 71 years LCDR FLOYD CASTILLO, SC, USN Ret to be near her son Joseph. Her older son, David Castillo of San Antonio, Tx helped with the move. Their daughter Amy Castillo-Covert predeceased her in 2020 after serving on the Ridgecrest School Board for 18 years. Floyd served as Pastor of Highland Chapel UMC 1990 to 1998 and Weldon UMC 2019 to 2020 during covid period.
