This valley has been rich with athletic talent from way back that moves to the next level and performs well. My hope is to relate that to those here in a way that brings not only significance to said athlete, but the hope of showing others there is a path that they may take.
Do you know anybody that played for Kern Valley and is now playing sports at the next level? I would very much like to have them send me an email [email protected] sharing their info.
This does not have to be college related it could even be a side gig playing sport. Hiking the trails of the world, kayaking down the Colorado, I’m sure they are out there and we here in the Kern River Valley would like to know.
If you did play at the next level, we want to hear about that too. It’s always nice to catch up, and remember those that played at Kern Valley and took their wares to the next level. There is no age limit on this either. The valley wants to hear from you, so please contact me and let’s get the ball rolling.
