The Kern Valley High School girls wrestling team sent seven wrestlers to compete with 63 schools and 162 wrestlers at the Girls CIF Central Section Division II Championship at Morro Bay High School February 9-10
Three schools were neck and neck for the crown, led by Tehachapi with 229.0, El Diamante with 225.0 points, and Justin Garza with 216.0. Kern Valley finished in 42nd place out of 58 scoring schools, with 35.0 points.
