Local rider, Reiss Ritchison of Mt. Mesa won the Women Expert District 37-Viewfinders Sprint Enduro. She raced at Red Mountain. Where she was timed in the three tests in the sprint enduro format in five to seven miles each. The third loop is usually the more technical and challenging for the riders. She was timed at each test and her time was the best overall to claim the top spot.
Ritchison W3 is part of the Kern Valley Motorcross Club. She rides a 2017 Husqvarna 300 TX. She is sponsored by Hearn-Ritchison Drilling LLC, Mountain Classic Tattoo. EMS Racing and Mother Hen (Teri Ritchison).
The younger Ritchison will be back on the bike this Saturday as she competes at the Dual Euro in Johnson Valley.
