The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a suspect, ULISSES NAVARETTE, age 36, who has an active arrest warrant in connection with weapons and gang charges in connection to the “Vagos” Outlaw Motorcycle Gang. NAVARETTE should be considered armed.
