United Way of Central Eastern California Invites You to the County-Wide Kickoff for the United for Havilah Fundraising Campaign

WHAT:

United Way of Central Eastern California is hosting a county-wide kickoff event for the Borel Fire Relief Fundraiser to support the victims of the recent wildfire in Havilah, CA. Havilah is in the mountains between Walker Basin and the Kern River Valley. This event will launch a month-long effort to raise critical funds for those affected by the devastating fire. The kickoff will feature special guest speakers, local leaders, and community members sharing their stories of resilience.

October 4th from 9am to 10:30am

WHY:

As wildfires continue to impact our community, many families have lost homes, belongings, and their sense of security.
