Emergency crews responded to a rescue incident near Keysville Road and Highway 155 in the Keysville/Wofford Heights area shortly before 10 a.m. Saturday, June 6.
Dispatch information showed multiple Kern County Fire Department units, search-and-rescue resources, and air support assigned to the incident, including fire engines, Urban Search and Rescue personnel, and helicopter resources.
The nature of the rescue and the condition of any patients are not immediately available.
The incident remained active Saturday morning.
