South Fork Pool offers swimming opportunities

Are you looking for a way to cool off this summer? Try the South Fork Pool.

The opportunities are aplenty to get your swim on. Maybe you want to teach your children to swim and want to avoid the lake or the river. The South Fork Pool has the answers. There are Parent/Child swimming lessons coming up in July. Go to the website WWW.kvap.org to find out the schedule.

There are other swimming lessons being taught to the older children. Again, check out the website to find the perfect opportunity for your kids to learn how to swim. One other option is to get your teenage children involved with the Junior Lifeguard Program. A class just finished, but there is still time to get in on the action. The June session just recently come to a close, but once again the website has the info for the July session which is a three-week course.

And finally, are you just looking to cool off after a hard day at work? The next opportunity is July 12 and July 19. So, head to the South Fork Pool with its night swim session from 6-9 p.m. Ages 0-5 swim free with a paid adult. The cost is $5.
