Roxanne was born in Los Angeles to loving parents John and Joanne Dubel. She enjoyed growing up with her seven brothers and sisters. Roxanne was quite a tomboy who loved to seek out and find treasures of all sorts. She had lived in Lake Isabella since 1991. While living in the Kern River Valley she was employed at the Valley Thrift Shop. Roxanne absolutely loved working at this establishment because it was one of the things she enjoyed doing. Roxanne enjoyed being part of raising her two children and was absolutely ecstatic about being a Grandmother. Roxanne was a kind and thoughtful person in so many ways. I was with her during the winter at the local supermarket when she noticed someone without a jacket. She selflessly gave this person her jacket so they could be warm. Roxanne always had a kind heart towards animals as well. She would take in distressed and abandoned animals feed them and try to re-home them. Roxanne also absolutely adored her three fur babies.
We are saddened that out of eight siblings, now only three of us remain. We are really going to miss you Roxanne.
Roxanne leaves behind her two children, two grandchildren, sisters, brother, and countless other family members.
Roxanne is proceeded in death by father John Paul Dubel Sr., Mother Joanne Marie Dubel, brothers James Eddy Dubel, Donald David Dubel, John Paul Dubel Jr, Robert Patrick Dubel, and niece Suzanne Marie Rannals.
Services for Roxanne will be held at Kern Valley Cemetery on November 18th at 3:30 p.m. in the Rose Garden.
