Kern County Sheriff’s Office Deputies assigned to the Kern Valley Substation were dispatched to Lok’s Garden in Lake Isabella, Calif. on November 3, at approximately 5:15 p.m., in regards to a theft of six packages, totaling a worth of $3,000. After having reviewed security camera footage from the restaurant, it was determined that the identity of the suspect was 27-year-old Jamie Tebow of Lake Isabella, Calif. Deputies then went to a nearby residence to speak with Tebow. Upon deputies arriving at the nearby residence, two of the six packages were located. This granted authorization for an additional search of Tebow’s residence which revealed two additional packages including small quantities of suspected heroin and methamphetamine. The remaining two packages have not yet been recovered. Tebow was arrested and booked into the Central Receiving Facility on felony and misdemeanor charges relating to drug possession and criminal theft.
