At just 7-months-old, Nolan Lanza has had to endure more then most have had to face in their entire lifetime. Nolan is battling primary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH), a rare and life threatening immunodeficiency that causes organ damage and uncontrollable inflammation in the body, and desperately needs a bone marrow transplant that could save his life.

Fortunately, the Lanza’s did receive news that a 9 out of 10 match for bone marrow and a 7 out of 10 match for cord blood were found, which are a sufficient enough match to move forward with the transplant.
On April 18, Nolan will be admitted to a hospital in Stanford and undergo three rounds of Chemotherapy to prepare his body for the procedure at the end of April or beginning of May.
