The Kern River Valley Little League All-Star competition is happening soon.
The Major Softball All-Star team is preparing the way to do battle on the field. The Major Softball team will start their tournament on June 22. They will be taking on the team from Tehachapi with the game starting at 3 p.m. These games will be hosted by Quartz Hill. As in the past this is a double-elimination type tournament.
The softball team of All-Stars representing the Kern River Valley are as follows: Dani Brooks, Charlet Eastes, Eadynn Thomey, Harper Hug, Katie Smoot, Lila Cole, Maddoxx Armes, Maggie Greenhaw, Olivia Sauter, Rebecca Garcia, Skylar Ulloa, and Trinity Shepard.
The winner of the KRV/Tehachapi game will play the winner of the California City/West Lancaster game. The loser of the game will be forced into the one-loss bracket.
