Lady Broncs take two in league

The jayvee Lady Broncs volleyball team traveled to Frazier Mountain on Oct. 3 for the third High Desert League game.
The Lady Broncs were defeated in three games 27-25, 17-25, and 13-15. It was a very close match, and they played great.
The Player of the Match was our libero Summer Dourlain. She achieved all three of her personal growth goals which were to get seven perfect passes to the setter, one ace, and one run of three while serving.
The team achieved 34 percent of their 43 personal goals during the match.
The Lady Broncs competed on their home court against Rosamond on Oct. 5 for our fourth HDL match.
They were defeated by the undefeated Rosamond team in ​two games 15-25 and 18-25.
The Player of the Match was our opposite hitter Lexi Baker. She achieved two of her personal goals by making five serves, and executing four special plays.
The players on the team successfully achieved 34 percent of their 46 personal growth goals.
Our next match is at home on Thursday against Bishop. They were also at home on Tuesday as Cal City came to town.
