Lady Broncs clobber the Falcons

On Friday, May 5, the Kern Valley High School Jayvee Lady Broncs clobbered the Frazier Mountain Falcons.

The Lady Broncs came out strong against the Falcons and won the game with a lead of 14 to 9 by the end of the game. The team played a strong game with Aryan Meyers scoring on three runs. Heather Ocampo went up to bat four times and hit twice. On both hits, Ocampo scored on two runs.

Destiny Chaparro scored two points for the Lady Broncs. Krista Lynn Witten went up to bat four times and managed one hit. On her hit, Witten made a run. Emily Wellmerling came up to bat four times and walked twice. Wellmerling ended up scoring on both walks. Bailey Stansbury scored one point. Amberlee Ross, Anne Keverline and Bailey Hurst also scored one run a piece.

The Lady Broncs faced off against Rosamond on Tuesday, May 9. As of press time, the statistics on this game was not available. The next regularly scheduled game will take place on Thursday, May 11, at home against California City.
