Coronavirus was no concern for participants and attendees of the 2020 Keyesville Classic at the BLM Keyesville Recreational Site on March 14 and 15. A reported 255 cyclists took part in several races with varying divisions over the weekend which saw an equally diverse amount of weather with overcast and slight rain, but, with plenty of sunshine. The event, which was hosted and organized by Team Action Dad, provided ample and impressive accommodations for its attendees who were comprised mostly of residents from all over California with a couple of riders hailing from Germany and Canada. Pictured above is the beginning of the JR Boys 9-14 division. Spencer Theriault (14), age 13, took first place on behalf of the Tehachapi MTB Team. Below that is Laurent Frieden (811), age 40. Below that are participants in the Men’s Elite. For more information on the results of the races please visit www.keyesvilleclassic.com.
