Janet Louise Schneidereit, formerly of Kernville, Calif., was born Janet Louise Cline on July 5, 1951, to Oscar and Mary Cline in Saginaw, Mich. In 1970, Janet married Kim Todd Anderson of Rexburg, ID, in Flint, Mich., and was married until his passing in 2002. Together, they raised four children: Lisa, Lee, Tracey, and Andrew. After moving to California in 1982, Janet worked as an office manager, long-haul truck driver, and caregiver to the elderly.
In 2004, Janet married Robert Joseph Schneidereit of Joliet, Ill., and they remained married until her passing on August 21, 2018, in Temple, TX. She was a resident of many places, most recently Harker Heights, TX, and before that, Kernville, Calif., where she lived for almost 20 years. Janet’s favorite book was the Bible, and she was a loyal servant of the Lord. Janet adored her children and grandchildren and tried to spend as much time as she could with them. Her thoughts were always of others, and she took her responsibilities as a caregiver for the elderly seriously. Janet also spent time volunteering with disabled children and worked as a volunteer for the Sheriff’s Department.
Life always presented its challenges, but Janet never backed down from a fight. She fought like a champ and dealt with things as they came, caring for others and doing the Lord’s work.
Unfortunately, some fights you just can’t win. So as one adventure ends, a new one begins. She left this world surrounded by loved ones and began her journey with the Lord.
Janet leaves behind her husband, four children, two daughters-in-law, and five grandchildren. She also leaves behind four siblings, many nieces and nephews, one step-brother, one step-daughter, and one step-grandson. Finally, she leaves behind her favorite little furry companions Beepers, Molly and Ranger.
