Janet Kathleen Parker-Hearn was born to JJ and Lucille Hearn on April 2, 1951, and passed away in her home November 22, 2018. She grew up in the mountain logging town of Johnsondale, Calif., and attended school there, where she enjoyed riding her horse, fishing in the streams and being outdoors. She relocated to Onyx, Calif., in 1980, where she worked at South Fork Elementary School and later at Kern Valley High School as a yard duty aid. She enjoyed gardening, looking at antiques, and doing pottery. She is survived by her son, Ray Murray, and his wife, Kimberly Murray, of Frazier Park, Calif.; her brother, Delbert Hearn and his wife, Colene Hearn, of Porterville, Calif.; her sister, Susie Wall, of South Lake, Calif.; and her seven grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, JJ and Lucille Hearn, and two daughters, April Parker and Destiny Williams.
