Almost a hundred family members and friends gather to celebrate the life of Jestin Jobin. Jobin, who passed away from an opioid overdose on July 18, had just graduated high school and was preparing to begin his life with his girlfriend Echo and newly born daughter Cybille. Jobin’s abrupt passing was a hard hit for the community since many teens are struggling with the use of opioids in the valley.

The gathering for Jobin was held at Janet Lubin’s home in Lake Isabella. Music played as friends and family shared their fondest memories of Jobin. Jobin’s mother Amellia, thanked everyone for coming and being a part of this special night. “God bless everyone that came and shared Jestin’s celebration of life with us. It was remarkably loving and comforting to see how much love there is for my baby. Thank you for all the loving support. Rest in peace my angel baby and may you have safe travels.”
