At approximately 2:25, on Saturday, November 30, firefighters from local stations were dispatched to subdue a fire that had erupted at a residence at 17 Conifer Court in Bodfish. Firefighters were quick to contain the fire and began clearing the mobile home of smoke and fuels that could possibly reignite the fire.

Firefighting personnel used fans, powered with the help of generators, to help clear smoke out of the building in order to strip out debris that could otherwise ignite if left intact. Diligently, crews from Engines 72 and 71 removed materials from the mobile home that sat in a cul-de-sac. The firefighter’s quick response led to a quick containment. No injuries were reported.
