Mark your calendars for July 27 so you can participate in the first annual A-Z Dinner.

This dinner will be a fundraiser for the Mt. Mesa Men’s Club and also will support the A-Z Foundation Group that supports veterans, those with special needs and youth in the field.

The first annual Kern River Valley banquet will be held at the Senior Center in Lake Isabella. The doors will open at 5 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres. This will be followed by a rib-eye steak dinner.

Dinner tickets for the event are as follows:

Single-$60 includes one dinner ticket and door gift.

Per couple-$110 includes two dinner tickets and two door gifts.

Junior-$45 includes one dinner ticket and door gift.

Of special note, purchase your dinner tickets before July 13 and you will have a chance to win $500, $200, or $100 in general raffle tickets. All tickets will be held at the door.

Other options available are a sponsor tables. There are three options that you may choose from:
• 1-Star Sponsor Table: $800 includes eight dinner tickets. Sponsor sign recognition in the program and a ticket for a chance to win the sponsor table drawing.
• 2-Star Sponsor Table: $1,500 includes all 1-star sponsor table items, two tickets for sponsor table drawing, plus a $500 gift card to our FFL dealer.
• 3-Star Sponsor Table: $2,500 includes all the 2-Star Sponsor table items, four tickets for the sponsor table drawing plus $1,200 gift card to our FFL dealer.
