Sabina Cail held a painting group at the Kern River Valley Branch Library, Tuesday, March 5.  The session had a pretty good crowd seated at tables within the group room.

“I do a different theme every month. I try to go with the theme for the month,” Cail said. “This one is Spring Serenade. Next month is going to be Earth’s Palate because of Earth Day. And then the month after that it is Rainy Day Blooms.”

Cail was using acrylics on canvases that day for the monthly group.

Cail holds the groups in order to provide art programs to the community, the cost of which are free to the community.
