At a KIDS! Painting Ice Cream & Cupcakes event, Saturday September 14, artist and docent for the Kern River Valley Art Association, Kimberly Salazar taught a children’s paint workshop at the Art & Community Center in Wofford Heights. Salazar said that the kids had a great time and she enjoyed sharing the painting and goodies with the kids. One child, she said, told her he was ready to begin selling his artwork.
