Head coach Bill Gallis commenting on the game said, “It was a tough day for the Broncs. Immanuel is a very good team that was well rounded. They did not have any flaws in their game. We would have to play a complete game to keep up with them and today we just were not clicking. Too many mental and physical mistakes and they took advantage of all of them. The upside is this was a great learning experience for us. We haven’t been challenged in awhile, so this was a humbling experience and shows the kids and coaches we have a lot of work to do before we get to league. I know we will bounce back and next week starts a new chapter. Time to put this one behind us and focus on getting better.”
The next challenge for the Broncs will be a trip to the coast. They will face off with Mission Prep of San Luis Obispo on Friday night. The game is scheduled to start at 4:30 p.m.
